Bad Boy's Downfall is the sixth and final book in the TN Thunderbolts series (whimpers). This is River and Lola's story and what a way to end the series. It truly was heartening seeing the Bad Boy fall for the smart, daddy's girl and the true feelings each hid in the prior books. Axel oh Axel still not ready for his baby girl to grow up. Maisey helps though haha. You will see the push/pull these two endure and just how they learn to navigate what the future may hold. Sad to see this is the end of the series, but hoping we will see them down the road or in crossover books.

Defensive Hearts is book seven in the BTU Alumni series and while each can be read as a standalone I prefer to read them in order as you see this crew grow, change and feel like you have a connection with all in the series. In this book we get Gemma and Chance. Their love-hate relationship was spot on and it is actually quite funny how she connects with Pebbles/Bam-Bam and does things to irk Chance. She is the chef everyone loves and he's the grumpy alpha hockey player. IN this crazy knit of family/friends there truly is no privacy so any person who wishes to be with someone better expect all involved. It is funny and heartwarming at the same time.  I still wanna join the Covenette's haha. The tension is on with these two, it will just take a little time and defense to get a little push into their hearts. I highly recommend this series or any series by this author cause there is not a time when you don't laugh with their crazy antics and comments (oh and GIFs).

Promise Me Always is book four in the Redemption Hills series and while each can be read as a standalone I say they are best read in order as you see how far they have all come when it comes to not only relationships, but how they redeem themselves in this small-town. Milo and Tessa had that spark in the prior books, but reading this book makes your heart hurt between the two with the turn of events that transpires. I will say it was fate that lended a helping hand with these two as the circles came around for them. I highly recommend this series and author.
