Until Series (Until Her/Until Him) goes between the girls/men
of the next generation of the Mayson family. We get one girl story and then we
get one of the alpha men that are so much like their dads it’s funny.
Typically, I would say you don’t have to read the Until Her series to read the
Until Him series, but for Cobi’s story (Until Him is book three) I highly
recommend reading, Until Harmony (book six in the Until Her series) to truly
connect with this book. Cobi’s story (or I shall say Hadley’s story) picks up
from the end of the Until Harmony book and you will understand the situation
Harmony and Hadley were in.
It was awhile in between these two stories and I had to
reconnect with the background to avoid any gaps in story. There are still some
questions unanswered about Hadley’s parents, but I think this was on purpose
and ARR won’t leave us hanging. Positive it will appear in one of the books. Let
me note this was from Hadley’s actions. She is still pretty shaken up and
rightfully so. Cobi the protector and alpha will show Hadley that what is transpiring
between them is real and that the “BOOM” has struck them and that there is no
turning back on him making her his.
The secondary characters are always awesome, funny and so
loving. It makes us not miss them so much. You can see the influence that the
parents/uncle/aunts had on the kids. We get a peek into the next Until Her book
and I’m hoping for the best as not only can it affect their pact as a family,
but from snippets we saw the one has a better connection than the other. Hoping
it launches in the month of the girl cause that would be a cozy read during
that season.
