On the Shore is book three in Cottonwood Cove Series and while each can be read as a standalone, you will enjoy them in order and seeing the cousins make cameos' in the story. Brinkley or shall we say Bailey (kidding) and Lincoln have what I will say a love/hate interaction. She despises him for getting her fired, but when he attempts to right it (though I agree that she was right in not going back) he still makes it hard on her to get a story. There was no reason they had to spend that much time together so score one for Mama Hendrix who can see right through him.  While I am excited Finn and Reese are next I am dying for Cage's story cause who doesn't love that little girl. You will love how Lincoln and her bond as well. I love reading this small town series and other books by this author. She keeps you hooked from beginning to end and leaves you wanting the next book now, not later.

Mine to take is a crossover series book and book five in the Southern Weddings. I have not previously read the other series or the books in this series. While I was able to follow along for the most part, there were some items I could have wished to have known more on. The author did try to break down the family in the beginning for us. Just saying with two intertwined crazy families it would still be hard to wrap your heads around the characters (they are that crazy, but caring as well) and yes, I did say head in plural cause it spins. 

Matthew and Sofia were an item so shock to them when they meet again and she's supposed to be his wedding planner. He tries hard and she pulls (agree to disagree) for longer than he wishes, but she ends up being on the same page when it comes to her family and how they treat him. I think Matthew's dad has some good comments that helped him see the light. I know they keep saying 'Sweet Tea' but with the facial expressions I am going to say it has to have some type of Southern Moonshine in that Tea, it is never confirmed and my opinion only. I will be going back to read the prior books.

Fumbled 

Fumbled is book one in the Vegas Aces:Playbook series and a great start to a new series by this author. As you read, you will see that the bell rings if you read her other books that spin in these series. We met him as a team player and a little glimpse into a comment he made on a secret child. A tragic event leads him to be a single dad, your heart will break, but you will see that although strangers to each other they have a bond beyond dinocorns. Travis is a player, but he is now fumbling with not only his daughter he is getting to know, but with Victoria. It will be fun getting to know where these two are headed. Is it a False Start or is it more then all three expected? We shall see in the next book.

False Start

False Start is book two in the Vegas Aces:Playbook series and must be read in order as each book picks up from the ending of the prior book. Travis, Harper and Victoria are navigating their own set of relationships and you will love the way Travis is with Harper (okay with Victoria as well). Those two are stubborn and one night is going to blur the lines more especially with the cliffy at the end. It may just go back to being a Fumble and not a Fair Catch, but we will have to wait and see. 

One thing I will say is don't read two series by this author while waiting for the next book to release, haha. Kidding aside, totally read them! But I was having a brain fog and confusing the two series and was like oh wait, wrong series and then as you are reading this book the author makes a comment (sentence or two) on the series that I was reading waiting for this book to release. See we all couldn't leave the other series cause we love her writing so much! Baseball, Football, same thing right, just like tomatoes or potatoes. lol

Before we Fall is a true AR book and boy I know at times books hit close to home, but reading this truly hit many marks and gave me hope that one day the one may still be out there even after all events that transpired. Leave it at that. Tucker and Miranda may not have been them without the events that led them to meet though there is another piece that may have tied them even if the first that did not occur (my opinion). Sometimes things you would never expect occur and you are left devastated and wondering why it happened. In the end it is a blessing in disguise and very true in Tucker and Miranda's story. I loved how we saw a little Until characters in this book. It has been awhile since I read an AR book and it made me realize how much I missed reading her books.

Freedom Ride is book ten in the Devil's Knights 2nd Gen series and the final ride.  Weeps cause whether you read the first gen or sec gen (maybe both) you are going to miss this MC ban of family members. It is highly suggested you read these in order as the story picks up from the last book. We see Snapper and Lennox in this final book. Your heart will break many times as you will know that in the end he truly would have ended up where he was (not saying who) even if Snapper did not help. Lennox and him are pen pals (makes you miss writing a true letter) and navigate exploring from paper to person. It is so funny watching Lennox blab and Snapper enjoying it. Lennox is a mini Meg in my book and perfect addition to end the series. This book is a perfect ending to this amazing MC family that we will miss and hope to see in the future. It truly ends with a Freedom Ride to enjoy life and love those close to you.
