Home Game Release Date: March 4
Getting fired and dumped in the same thirty seconds makes for a pretty bad Tuesday. But by Thursday, I’ll be in Vegas celebrating my brother’s wedding. Since I could use a fresh start, he offers me a place to stay with a buddy of his.
At the bachelorette party, a raunchy game results in a quest to find me a one-night stand. When a hunk with dark blue eyes and perfect bone structure hits me with a silly line at the bar, my mission is complete.
I vow to move on from our steamy night as I head to the rehearsal dinner, certain one of my brother’s hot pro football player groomsmen will be my Prince Charming.
Then the best man turns around. Dark blue eyes. Perfect bone structure. A body I won’t soon forget.
And apparently my new roommate.
Long Game Releases March 4th
Nothing makes me work harder than when my future husband tells me, “Prove your worth.”
Luke hired me as his publicist so his pro football team owner will see that he’s indispensable to the organization. When a defamatory headline hits newsstands, it’s up to me to show the world what a Prince Charming he truly is.
My solution? A marriage of convenience.
It’ll get his boss off his back and quiet the slanderous voices.
Luke is adamant that this is nothing more than a business transaction, but I still feel the heat from the single night we spent together when we were strangers.
Now I just have to figure out how not to fall in love with my fiancé.

Home Game
Home Game is book one in the Vegas Aces series and kicks off with a punt, no music this time, but who doesn't love a man in sports right? Holy wow, I would die within the first chapter of this book (and not that type of dying pure embarrassment kind). Ellie is funny, smart and does not have the best of luck lately. While there is a moment in the book that is predictable the rest of the book was not and left you wanting to throw a ball with that ending we got. Hang tight though as you won't have to wait long for book two to find out what transpires. Luke is hot and just happens to find himself in a predicament (ok more than just with Ellie). What is a guy to do when the girl you have chemistry with turns out to be the one you are to stay away from and your new temporary roommate? Guess this really will be a Long Game (book two) as it will be interesting to see how this game is played off the field. Great start to a new series!
Long GameThis is book two in the Vegas Aces series and you MUST read book one before reading this book. It picks up right where book one left off. Everytime these two (Ellie and Luke) think they have their stories straight another pass is sent their way to see how they are going to handle this. Ellie becomes his employer, roommate and soon to be spouse, can she handle all this without letting the lines become blurred since their chemistry is off the charts? Luke has a side that he hides well and I love how she tries to pull him out of his comfort zone. Will the Aces take him seriously? Only the love of the continuing game will allow us to find out.
I cannot wait until her brother finds out and how his brother is handled, I mean holy wow! That is all I can say at this point. Fair Game will be living up to its title based upon how these events are playing out. Come Luke step up and score this goal for the team! I know you want Ellie and you need to use this publicity to your advantage. Lisa continues to keep us entertained and sure answers the question on why these were separate stories and not one book. Keep the Game (I mean story coming)!
