Brawlers Weakness in the Tennessee Thunderbolts series is book two and while each can be read as a standalone, you will see interconnections on the team aspects as they grow this new team.  Axel is the tough guy and takes raising his daughter (now an adult) with his co-parenting ex very seriously. He is so out of his elements on dating it is actually quite funny. Meeting Maisy is a game changer. She is so out of his league, but they have a connection. Maisy isn't used to being with one of the good ones so these two both have obstacles to hurdle. It is hilarious watching Lola (Axel's daughter) and BF, Jasmine together especially when it comes to Axel's dating life. I love seeing this team grow professionally and how each team mate meshes and meets a challenge (women). Why do I have a feeling that down the road Lola will end up with one of the younger teammates? Axel will flip his lid, but oh so worth it. I look forward to reading more on this series.
