EL DIABLO
RELEASE DATE: AUGUST 30TH, 2016
I was ruthless.
I was feared.
I had sacrificed. Myself. Her. Everything...
Living in a world where I was worth more dead than alive was
a choice. I was a bad man, never claimed to be anything else. I’ve done things
I’m not proud of. Seen things that can’t be unseen. I’ve caused pain that I
can’t undo.
It was all my choice.
Every decision.
Every order.
Right and wrong never mattered.
Until her.
She was under my protection, until she became my obsession.
But who was going to save her...
From. Me. The devil himself.
Fate brought us together. Destiny destroyed us.
“Go stretch again, cariƱo,” I ordered in a dominant tone. Nodding to the barre.
“I’m fine,” she stubbornly replied. Shaking her legs and arms out. Getting back into position, looking at me through the mirror.
I cocked my head to the side, arching an eyebrow. She narrowed her eyes at me, but begrudgingly listened. I pressed play, allowing the melody to once again take over. She placed her leg on the lowest barre, making her ass stick out in my direction.
Tempting me.
She closed her eyes, needing to get lost in the music, wanting to push away all the negative thoughts, already feeling discouraged. I stood, taking off my suit jacket. Rolling up the sleeves of my collared shirt as I stepped onto the hardwood floor. I slowly came up behind her, catching her off guard.
She froze, turning around, opening her eyes. Peering up at me through her lashes. “What are you doing?”
I leaned forward against her ear, grinning. “I’m helping you stretch.” Getting down on my knees in front of her.
Her eyes dilated. The feeling of disappointment replaced with nothing but lust. She placed her arms out to the side, resting up against the barre, supporting her weight. I grabbed her ankle, lifting it up in the air, rubbing along her leg as it was fully stretched, before setting it on the lowest barre. Running my other hand up her side, easing her over toward the extended leg. She understood what I was doing, reaching for her ankle, stretching. Standing back up, bringing her arms above her head, I caressed along her leg again, casually turning her torso so her leg was still placed on the barre behind her.
Her breathing hitched as I touched her all over her lower body. My lips softly kissing the inside of her thigh to where she wanted my mouth the most.

BLOGS REVIEW
Speechless at the moment! The Queen of Angst has done it once again. I am going to have to say those of us attending your VIP retreat next year may need to sleep with one eye open. haha. I must agree with Ben, "what is wrong with you?" You are too nice to be so evil. These characters in your head are awesome though. There is so much I want to say in this review and cannot as it would give certain scenes away and I will not ruin this book for you. Just do not drink while reading this (you will need a drink though as reading this) as just when you see light in the dark tunnel, Mo whips you in a different direction and keeps you on your toes. Oh my, I expected some turn or events, but never did I expect the outcome to this in many chapters. Warning will cause major gasping with these twists!!
Love that you used Boss Man's rules on balls; however, poor Boss Man on being thrown to the wolves in the turn of events. That was epic though. I especially loved how you threw all your series in there so that we got to see a few glimpses of them again.
Funny that when I began reading this book, I said that every devil still needs an angel and low and behold what do you know we see that in the later chapters. Just that exact quote. Love it! As I am reading I kept saying what the heck happened with Sophia all these years. Well you really don't want to know or do you? Yes, you do so go read this book as once again Mo does not disappoint us and gives us that angst we all yearn for when reading her books. Why we love her to torture us is beyond me, but we keep coming back for more and we will continue coming back for more with each series she writes.
Oh my, starting to prepare myself for the spin off to the MC series. Lord knows we are going to be thrown on that bike reading this.
I will end with this, Lexi and El Diablo/Alejandro/Mr. Martinez couldn't have been more perfect for each other. Boy did she not take his crap all those years. Not even when he was being the Devil, the Angel or the Jekyll/Hyde man. The Devil has risen so enjoy your hell while reading this. So worth it though!
