Natalina wrote her first romance in collaboration with her best friend at the age of 13. Since then she has ventured into other genres, but romance is first and foremost in almost everything she writes. Her novel, We Will Always Have the Closet, is her first published romance.
After earning a degree in tourism and foreign languages, she worked as a tourist guide in her native Portugal for a short time before moving to the United States. She lived in three continents and a few islands, and her knack for languages and linguistics led her to a master’s degree in education. She lives in Virginia where she has taught English as a Second Language to elementary school children for more years than she cares to admit.
Natalina doesn’t believe you can have too many books or too much coffee. Art and dance make her happy and she is pretty sure she could survive on lobster and bananas alone. When she is not writing or stressing over lesson plans, she shares her life with her husband and two adult sons.

Loved you always will have you laughing at the antics Emily will go to in order to avoid Jem at all costs. They were BF there whole lives until one day Jem up and leaves with no goodbye nothing. Em is devastated and moves on the best way she knows how. She is in a good relationship or is she? Um that is one twist I did not expect at all. Dave knew you were to sweet and calm upon Jeremy's return.
Jem has a lot of explaining to do and Em wants no part of his explanation. Celia, Em's sister and kooky friend, Marci are the icing on the cake in this book. Oh my, between the comments and potions used with these two it is a wonder that no one croaked from the taste or spell. lol. With the turn of events, I would have to agree with the reasoning for Jem disappearing all those years. Although it was frightening and not a turn of events anyone should experience alone or together, I think in a way this opened up a way for Em and Jem to reconnect and finally get together.
This story has suspense, laughter and ah ha moments. It goes to show you that even years later you need answers and when you find out the truth it may not be want you expect or wanted to hear. Em and Jem were destined as kids and as adults to be together. It is funny that Em and Jem could not be more opposite and Celia and Jem were like two peas in a pod, but they had the friendship and the twinsets had the true love.
