What I love best about this MC series (DW) is that it is not your typical MC so you get a breather from reading the other MC that we love cause lets face it, sometimes we need to read the nicer version of those bad Alpha men we love. DW are not just an MC crew, but they have everyday jobs like you and I. It's nice to see their inside story of the characters I guess is how you can say it. 

Each book can be read as a standalone, you will sometimes see secondary characters or crossover mentions from other series. Did anyone catch the Kilgore moment? It was a small one, but great to see a mention of that series. 

Tobias (AKA Fender) does what he does best by protecting his town as a cop. Being the protector that he is, he is helping to rescue Audrey. By no means was he supposed to fall for her! Boy is she

intriguing and defiant all in one breath. Trust me, you will be laughing one moment and then shaking your head the next.Audrey is fighting her own demon (separate from the demon Tobias fights) and she is ready to move on with her life. What better way to do this than go on a cruise you say? Would you pass up a chance for this experience. Nope, unless your like me and fear a Titanic coming so no cruise for me. Wowzer, there is a scene that has you fanning yourself. You have been warned! OK, there are a few, but for Audrey this was HUGE and HOT!!

Aubrey maybe feisty, but there is something about Tobias that pulls her out of her shell and is helping her move on with life. Her brother is even in Awe with how far she has come with the help of Fender. He is so patient with her and for being a bearded, Alpha men it makes it that much sweeter. 

Wow, you go from heartwarming to heart-pumping with the blast from the past. You will be gripping your device while chanting quite a few comments. That was a close one is all I can say. You know you are dying to know what it is so grab this story and read it. There is not a beard story or any story really by Lani that you will not fall in love with.
