She climbed to her feet and leaned into him, tracing the
scar above his eye. “I like this scar.”
He chuckled and dropped his cheek into her hand. “Glad it
pleases someone. It didn’t feel too good when it happened.”
“I don’t like it because you were hurt. It’s just—it brought
you to me. And it reminds me that you’re not the same person I met years ago.
That we’ve both changed… However”—she grinned saucily—“scars are pretty
hot.”
He tugged at her top and kissed her collarbone, tickling her
with his lips, because the naughty man had quickly discovered a sensitive spot.
“My scar looks hot, does it?”
She laughed as he continued to pepper her skin with light
kisses. She lifted her shoulder in defense. “Very sexy.”
“Hmmm, don’t give me ideas, Emily, or I won’t let you go
home.”

This is the first book I have read by this author and I am excited to read more on the Cade Brothers. In this book we meet, Levi and you didn't know if it was Wright or Wrong for him to pursue his feelings towards his now assistant and ex's sister. Oh, Emily may have been a temptation to Levi, but he taunted her just as much.
Levi a former firefighter is left to take over Club Tahoe after his dad passes away. His heart may not be fully in with this, but we shall see if this changes over the course of the book. I will say that he has his hands full though and those unexpected outcomes made it that more tempting to try to read this all at once. He has to fight for Club Tahoe and fight his feelings for Emily, while trying to bring closure to his relationship with her sister, Lisa when they were younger, bringing and keeping him and his brothers together as a family and a team business partners as well as some hefty issues at the Club.
The passion and banter between these two will keep you wanting to know where this is headed. You may have to jump in the lake to cool off a few times. Warning the water will be cold. Both Levi and Emily have had a life that they have to overcome and we see what daddy saw when he was mentoring her.
I truly believe that even if you do not enjoy reads where it contained a sibling and an ex that you would enjoy this cause you will see that Lisa and Levi were never meant to be the one. I am excited to read more on the other Cade Brothers, but I really want to read Hunt's story since he is part of this story as well and there is some major brotherly love that these two need to work on. Tempting is definitely the word to describe this story.
