BLURB:
I wasn’t looking to change my “bad boy of baseball” reputation. At least not until my dream girl, Pop Princess Alexis Bodega, stepped foot in my clubhouse to sing for the stadium on opening day.
There’s just one problem, and it’s a big one. Her manager is also her boyfriend, and her father is her agent.
She’s kept on a tight leash with her incredibly busy schedule, and I’m at the start of a new baseball season with a new team.
It’s the worst time to explore this attraction with the wrong girl, but that doesn’t stop me from fighting my way backstage at her surprise performance in Vegas and slipping her my number.
I quickly discover that nothing is what it seems where her manager is concerned. The more I learn about America’s Sweetheart, the more I realize what the world knows of her is the carefully crafted façade of her brand…not the woman behind it all. But I’m getting to know the real Alexis, and I’m falling hard and fast for her.
Her father might be the one holding the ball, but I’m in a scoring position, and I won’t let anything stop me from getting the win.
SCORING POSITION is the first book in the VEGAS HEAT: BASES LOADED series. This series must be read in order.

BLOGS REVIEW
Scoring Position
Scoring Position is book one in the Vegas Heat: Bases loaded series and what a great start to a new Vegas series. Danny plays the field in more ways than one, ha. Alexis turns his world upside down and he finds ways to make the little time they have for her, which is completely opposite of his wild ways. Alexis is America's sweetheart, but your heart will tug for her. She's really in a pickle, okay maybe a jam and that is putting it mild. She has her mind set on her goals, but she is on such a tight schedule/leash it is actually heartbreaking how isolated she is. Danny may be the bad boy and never thought of settling, but something in Lex is pulling him to change his ways. With the tour and ball season starting there will be very limited time so any time is a score in their favor. Well that is unless daddy dearest and 'boyfriend' don't continue to derail her privacy. He may be able to Score on the field, but can he hide getting Caught Looking is the question?! Guess we shall see what happens in the next book.
Caught Looking
Caught Looking is book two in the Vegas Heat: Bases loaded series and each must be read in order as they pick up right where the other left off (sorry cliffy until each one releases). Danny and Alexis are in a pickle and that is putting it mildly. He doesn't want to be the 'other' man and she wants to be freer. They do a fine job of hiding their secret relationship, but we all know the paparazzi or daddy dearest/Brooks will be one of them to bring some more drama they don't need. I love Gregory and then add in the family interaction with the Brewers and Lex and you can see how much she realizes she is missing out in life thanks to daddy dearest. You will despise him and Brooks trust me! We all know being in the limelight isn't easy, things can be deceiving on camera and pictures and making a long distance relationship is work, but if anyone is On Deck I think it will be these two to show the world it's real.
