HOSTED BY:
Safer with You (Book 1)
Safer with you is the first book by this author and will have you wanting to read in one sitting. The suspense is killer and makes you want to know why and who is the mystery surrounding these events. Nora may be in a relationship, but she knows something is off. What she finds may just cause more harm than being safe? Luke has secrets and those secrets have Nora being kicked out of the house they share. So, she goes home to stay until she finds a place to live and to help out with her sister’s wedding. She meets Jase, but this meeting may come with more harm and secrets. What happens when she realizes just how much Luke and Jase may have in common? Jase may be protecting her with his security company, but how safe is his protection? As secrets and mysteries are revealed will Nora be able to survive the outcome and trust Luke or Jase? Well my lips are sealed so if you enjoy a great mystery with some romance this story is for you.
I really enjoyed this book and will be reading more from this new author. No epilogue, why? I am OK, with the ending per say, but does this mean that we will see more and that is why it was left as is. Know there is a reason for this, but a tease or something will make us feel safe and happy. Haha.
Fearless with You (Book 2)
Fearless with you is book two in this series and it is highly recommended that you read book one before reading this book. While you would enjoy the book without reading the first one, there are little pieces that give you more of the picture when you read both of these even if read out of order. Ah, the light bulb goes off and we now see why book one ended as it did! Knew there was a reason for this.
Nora has been through the unthinkable and free to begin her life again, but the one man who can protect her with his security company and had protected her from a crazy person, just may cause more harm when her life is just re-beginning. Jase and her are meant to be together, but his job and psycho ex are putting a damper and memories to haunt Nora. While Nora does her best to be supportive the secrets may put an end to this relationship before it goes any further. The resurfacing of her ex and his part is even more of a setback. If she thought she had problems trusting these men before, can they work together to put her mind at ease.
In Safer with you (book 1) Nora was timider; however, in Fearless with you (book 2) she shows that while she may have left the past trauma put a hold on her life she is going to grab life by the balls you can say and become Fearless. You shall see why I say this as you read the story. The continued suspense and mystery and love portrayed in this series is spot on and I cannot wait to read more in this series. There better be more in this series. Wink wink
