Blogs Review

This is book 6 in the Hawks MC Caroline Springs Chapter and while each book can be read as a standalone you do at times see a continuing story from a prior book, but at no time are you felt left out to understand the story. So, if you have read them all, some of them or just this one I’m sure you will be like a lot of us and telling Poppy, that is My Miah sorry. Haha This book is about Jerimiah (Fang) and Poppy. The title says it all, there is a Fallout between these two and just like we don’t know why either do they at the time.
Jerimiah and Poppy were friends when they were younger, connected via the MC and while both had feelings for each other never acted on this. Just when Poppy was going to put herself out there she overhears something and runs, which also puts her in the wrong path. She leaves town and Jerimiah still has no clue on why. Upon her return to town, Fang is going to do what he can to get answers and recover his heart while Poppy is going to push back at all costs. We see the story told from present to past actions so that we can get a feel for what led them to this point and why.
We see an intermix of the Venom MC and Hawks MC and boy oh boy the twists, lies and drama that comes back to the present and I’ll say pretty full circle from the past is a hang on to your seat ride. Can the Fallout between these two and then the betrayal with the added love of both the crews be worth the risk of getting a HEA or that second chance? Lips are sealed. What I will say though it that as more clues start popping up and more secondary characters appear I’m excited to where this is headed. I know who is next and couldn’t be more excited.
Poppy’s dad and Manda, her BF are nuts when put together or alone when it comes to Poppy. The fact that he knew things but wanted to let Poppy handle this her way was hilarious and ball busting. There is not a Hawk guy you don’t fall for including the gals of Hawk! Love seeing where the others characters are now or trying to figure out who the next character is that will be getting a story.
