When Quinn Montgomery leaves the horrors of her past behind
her, she never expects to run straight into the arms of a blue-eyed cowboy.
Sneaking into the stables and getting caught in a life-threatening fire was
never part of the plan. And neither was falling in love with the man who saved
her life, Brody Parker.
The two share an undeniable connection, and slowly Quinn
begins to open up about her past. Putting her trust in the wrong person has
burned her before, so when Brody asks her to stay at the ranch, she can't help
but wonder if she’s about to make another bad decision by staying. A decision
that could hurt everyone she’s come to care for.
Will Quinn choose to run from the past that threatens to
catch up with her? Or will she stay and fight, sacrificing whatever it takes
for the man who sets her heart on fire?

two children. When she isn’t working, or being a Mummy she is pursuing her
dream of writing.
She is a romantic at heart and loves nothing more than writing stories with a happy ever after, even if there is the odd chapter of angst thrown in! Her desire to write came from her love of reading and when she isn’t writing you will find her attached to her kindle or spending time with her family.

Whatever it Takes is book three of the Healing Hearts series
and each book can be read as a standalone; however, you will see continuing
stories on the secondary characters. I love seeing where they are now and how
loving this whole Ranch family is, but it makes your heart melt over and over
after all the healing it took to get there their HEA. I still cannot pick my
favorite cowboy in this series cause I love them all and these girls just keep
getting better and better. They’ll have you laughing with their spitfire and each
different characteristic of the girls balance each other out in this clan.
Quinn’s life was a nightmare and she chose a town based upon
a friend she knew when she was younger to try to start over. Let me say she is very
brave many times in this story, but it’s like fate led her there and without
that horrible past she wouldn’t have met Brody. Brody see what happens when you
tease your friends, siblings and parents? It happens just like that! Karma LOL
Brody was not a relationship guy, but from the moment these two saw each other
their undeniable attraction was real. He tries to stay away, but the flames
wouldn’t strike lighting like the stable. He starts to see life a little
differently and tries to show Quinn she’s safe now. Their way of meeting was
not something you would dream of, but it happened and while it was sad, it was
happy at the same time cause Quinn met some loving people at the ranch. Just
when you think she makes a good decision, her past comes back and wowzer your
heart is in your throat with these events! So glad it turned out how it did. This
journey was beautiful, but heartbreaking and healing all in one sitting.
There’s only one thing that I still question and don’t know
if I missed it while reading but whatever happened to the friend who lead
Quinton to town? We don’t know who it was and if she even still lives in that
town. You fall in love with all the characters and I hope this is not the end
of the Ranch clan as I call them cause I would love to continue seeing more on
this series. I would recommend this series to anyone who enjoys a country read
with some emotional topics the heal you in the end.
