Review: Rebel Soul

Rebel Soul Rebel Soul by J.C. Hannigan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is the first book that I have read by this author and she has found a fan for life. This book tells the emotion of the characters and you feel your heart palpitate while reading this. There is a little added mystery to this story and you have to wonder if the characters will do what the parents and small town want or if they will explore and make their own decision.
Tessa the youngest in the family has a hard time with her older brothers and dad being super strict and thus boys or men are scared when it comes to Tessa. It's quite funny and sad at the same time. I would die if my siblings were like this.
Brock the oldest in his family has a not so good past and his family is known as the town bad family. Well what you see on the outside is not always the true story. Boy, he is one strong man even as he was growing up and as he continues to show the town he's better than they believe.
Tessa has always crushed on Brock when she was younger. They meet years later and Brock is shocked to see just how grown up and more beautiful Tessa is. The feelings they share are intensive and real. Brock may be known as a Rebel, but Tessa has the soft soul to prove that Brock isn't who the town believes. OH my, love how the story unfolds when it comes to the brothers and daddy. This book will hook you from the beginning and you won't want it to end. Going to grab book two on the next brother as there is another story that will keep us wanting more.
