In this sibling rivaling who will take the win? Can the brothers work past their jealously, bitterness and stubbornness they hold onto from the loss they had in their life? What would you do if you where put into this situation? Would you take the bet or come out the winner a different way by seeing what was in front of you the whole time? These are just a few questions you will ask when reading this story.

I have to say I was Team Lucas for most of the book, but Team Richard in the end became the guy we knew was in there hiding behind all the fame of being a King. I love how the debut author brought the brothers together and didn't out do one or the other in the storyline. Lucas and Molly as well as Richard and Gloria were a fit from the start and who better to be paired up in Caldwell Hope then these two couples. They say if its meant to have a second chance at love you will get it and we learn the story of Lucas and Molly and the struggles they overcame to get to this point. They also say opposites attract and this couldn't be more said for Richard and Gloria. Gloria is like the Yin to Richards' Yang.

This story is not your average erotic story, yes, you get the erotic in the book and it is mighty hot, but we get a story here and although these brothers are like night and day, they finally get to see the light on what their dad was truly doing in this bet. It wasn't about the winner getting the inheritance after all, it was about finding out what a true King was and honoring the mom and dad as well. History has a way of repeating itself and it certainly did in Caldwell Hope.

Awesome debut novel from this author and can't wait to read more from him. You will not want to miss out on reading this book.
