I will start off by saying that I typically do not read about novels that take place in the fantastical world of the future, but I love this author and will read anything by her so I said, "sure why not, I'll give this book a try." Boy let me tell you, that I am glad I read this book and you will definitely not be disappointed when you read this book. Inquiring minds where really intrigued by the transatlantic flights as well. We all know this is coming in the future and it was amazing to see how it was written in the novel. It's almost like watching, "Back to the Future". We can go back and see how accurate the details were. I will say the author will be spot on though, mark my words.
The prologue from the first page blows your mind and will keep you hooked throughout the whole book. Nick has it all power, money, the women and so much more. Is that enough though is the question? We meet Estelle and from the moment Nick sees her she blows his mind.
Estelle had a horrible childhood that then led into adulthood. Oh my, that ex-husband of hers. I gasped a few times. Thank god for future robots is all I will say. What to know what transpires? Bet you do, so go read this book. lol
We learn the jaw dropping reason why her co-worker and BF, Jeremy feel a connection. Wow, that was a twist I did not see coming, but so worth it.
This is a book that you will not want to miss reading even if you are not into future fantastical worlds, trust me. The point of the story that you will take away from this read and the author couldn't be more spot on is that society has forgotten to appreciate the beautiful things in life.
