Title: Damaged
Author: Willow Winters
Genre: Romantic Suspense
Release Date: November 14, 2017

Blurb

I married the bad boy from Brooklyn.
The one with the tattoos and the look in his eyes that told me he was bad news.
The look that comes with all sorts of warnings.
I knew what I was doing.
I knew by the way he put his hands on me; how he owned me with his forceful touch.
I couldn’t say no to him, not that I wanted to. That was then, and it seems like forever ago.
Years later, I’ve grown up and moved on. But he’s still the man I married. Dangerous in ways I don’t like to think about. Sexy as sin, he attracts all the wrong kinds of temptations.
The kind that lands a couple like us in the gossip columns.
The kind that’s unforgivable.
The kind that splits up marriages.
I did this to myself. I knew better than to love him.
And now I’m fucked.
I married the bad boy from Brooklyn. And I don’t know how to survive this.

Author Bio

Willow Winters is so happy to be a USA Today, Wall Street Journal and #1 Contemporary Bestselling Romance Author. She likes her action hot and her bad boys hotter. She certainly doesn’t hold back on either one in her writing!

Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day — sometimes two.

In January 2016 Willow was staying up late with Evie and just thinking of all these stories. They came to her constantly so she finally sat down and just started writing. She always wanted to do it so she figured, why not? Today Willow cannot be happier for making that decision!

BLOGS REVIEW

Evan and Kat wow not only do you destroy yourselves you destroy us readers. Whewy, I’m not certain if the truth will prevail this time around when we get the final book in this duet. Evan has secrets and I mean secrets. His job doesn’t help with this matter either. You are left wondering, “what would you do if this happened to you?” For some reason, Evan is my one I am rooting for in the end even with all the deets we know at this time. I’ll go with it must be the bad boy and tatts. Haha
Kat, you are a hard worker, but I think you also played a hand in this destruction of damaged between you too. You always knew he was trouble, but he was the kinda trouble worth falling for. While we were just as shocked as you at a revelation prior to your marriage, it is time to lay out all the puzzle pieces and communicate to solve the mystery of unanswered questions and what is the truth and lies? I just want to say, there is something bugging me about her new client. I don’t trust this new client. That ending though, I kinda thought this would be an awesome twist to add to the puzzle, but I only hope it leads to finding the ends of the puzzle pieces to make the puzzle complete. Oh, yeah, there is so much I can and want to say and cannot cause you need to dig in see for yourself if you think the Damaged done can be fixed or if there is no hope?
5 years of sins and secrets that left you not only wanting to know what happened prior to their separation (married but living separate lives not an actual separation), during the separation (of marriage on the rocks) and if their marriage is salvageable after all the hurt, anger, betrayal and blackmail. You will see why I say a separation even though they are married and still living together after reading this. The one thing through all the bad though is their love. It may be painful, but if they take the Damaged pieces of their relationship and communicate with each other, they may just get past the Scarred part to get a HEA that they deserve.
I loved that it was told in dual POV to get both of their sides of the Damaged they did and those poems were an added bonus. I cannot wait to read Scarred to see how much more complicated this story is going to get before it blows to pieces cause lying can only go on for so long. Can Evan and Kat save their marriage or are they too far gone already is the questions?
