Knox and Emma Jane (EJ) were set to be married before she did a runaway bride on him and left him at the altar. No explanation and eight years later the reason is still unknown until her past shows up and threatens to destroy the life she built after she ran. Don’t let the strong Emma fool you, she hides her feelings and love for Knox to this day thinking what she did was the right thing. Well fate and karma have other plans for these two. Both are still hurt years later and he doesn’t make her job easy and he makes it hell, but strong Emma gives it right back to him. Becket just makes it that much better. Except there’s another curve thrown at you and why would he think otherwise based upon their past. It’s a good one let me tell ya! Can these two work out the reasoning for why he was left at the alter? Can Emma stay employed or will Knox ax her just because? Well you will need to find out by reading the story. You have it all hurt, love, drama, some good friends and some twists while reading this story. Not only do you fall in love with Knox and Emma Jane, but you fall in love with Becket. Can I claim him please? I cannot wait for his story. Fate and karma may have brought Knox and Emma together again to see where their story plays out, but fate also brought Becket to Emma. He’s a friend and support system we all need at some point in our life.
